Seal Coating
Applying a layer of coal tar emulsion pavement sealer to your driveway surface will dramatically improve your driveway’s waterproofing ability. It stops UV Rays from robbing your driveway oils and water proofing ability. By simply applying a good pavement sealer every 2-3 years, the life of your driveway will be extended.
Chip Sealing
Chip Seal is the ultimate protection for your blacktop surface driveway and half the cost of a blacktop resurface job. Applying 1-2 coats of chip seal on your blacktop surface gives you 7-10 years of added protection. It can also be applied to your gravel driveway and parking lots.
The technology has been around and used on country roads and state highways for a much lower cost than blacktop or concrete for over 100 years.
Hot Rubber Crack Filling
Age and UV Rays rob your asphalt of it’s oils and binding materials, causing it to lose it’s flexibility and waterproofing ability. This causes your driveway to crack and allows water to enter your sub-base, causing further damage.
Applying a hot liquid rubber crack sealant in the crack area will dramatically stop your driveway from deterioration, stopping water from penetrating into the cracked areas of your driveway or parking lot.
Blacktop Repairs
If needed, we can cut out and remove broken blacktop and reinstall new hot mix blacktop in desired areas or install a 2 1/2 inch overlay on broken and damaged areas of driveways, laneways, and parking lots.
